I really enjoyed how close my apartment was to both the Rila slopes and an impressive selection of restaurants, like Sunnys Steakhouse, which was just a few steps away, making it super easy to dine out after a long day of exploring.

Request a room change promptly if dissatisfied. it can greatly enhance your experience, as not all rooms meet expectations.

Close to slopes, but bland food

It was conveniently located just a short walk from the ski slopes, providing us immediate access to the winter wonderland. The spacious apartment provided a cozy retreat after an exhilarating day on the slopes.

The dining options left much to be desired. dinner was poorly prepared and lacked variety. The sauna and pool required additional fees, despite expectations they would be included.

arriving at flora-daisy, i was simply aghast to find the kitchen completely unequipped, no cutlery or even pots—absoluteley ridiculous! and after enduring such travesty, i requested my linens to be changed, which shockingly was ignored. i nearly left a good review but just couldn’t, as a slight welcome gesture would’ve been nice too.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed skiing at two great spots, the ski school and Yanakiev Ski and Snowboard School. The location was ideal for getting to the slopes quickly. Playing table tennis was also a fun way to unwind after a day on the mountain.

One of our friends had trouble with a noisy bed that kept them awake. It took a while to get it sorted out.

Ski storage available on-site provides great convenience. The furniture in the room felt outdated and in need of replacement.

The spacious rooms felt like my own cozy retreat, cleaned daily with fresh towels and a touch of warmth that made me feel right at home. Plus, my room had a lovely view that was simply delightful!

More seating options in common areas please.

Loved the cozy vibe here, especially relaxing in the sauna after a day on the slopes and enjoying the beautiful garden area! The only hiccup was that the WiFi connection dropped a couple of times, but it hardly put a damper on my stay. Make sure to treat yourself to some warm drinks while you unwind! ☕️

The spacious studio felt like a home away from home, with a lovely kitchen area for late-night snacks. I adored the indoor heated swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after skiing, and it's great that it’s just steps away from the slopes! The breakfast buffet had so many delicious choices that I couldn’t wait to fuel up every morning.

The hotel complex layout is confusing with multiple buildings, which can make navigating to your unit a hassle. Expect limited kitchenware in the studio. no pots or pans means cooking tasks are a challenge. There’s a noticeable lack of air conditioning, and although the temperature was decent, the absence of mosquito nets could have been concerning during a warmer season. Parking coordination leaves much to be desired. the setup is poorly marked, leading to cars blocking one another. The balcony provides a nice outdoor space, yet it faces a neighboring building, providing little privacy.
